About the role

Promote and sell products or services, including Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, and consumables.
Carry out the necessary activities related to the sales cycle and help build a Dynamic Brand for prospects and customers.
Involves the whole sales process, including creating sales leads till payment collection from customers in the public sector.
Support the product specialist team and service team in managing vendors and customers.
Learn the product knowledge and share it with public sector customers to get the interest and sales to achieve the company's target and KPI set.
Support the Product Specialist team to gather market information, including competitors, to update the vendor for better sales and marketing strategies.
Facilitate the Product Specialist team on the sales, purchase plan, and product recall from customers.
Communicate with internal partners, including the Sales Administration team and other departments, to ensure a smooth process of sales and after-sales service.
Provide support, training, and coaching to the Sales team.
Explore the healthcare market and provide feedback to the Product Specialist team on new product demand to source to expand the product portfolio or suggest adjustments to the current product portfolio to support the market trend.
Collect market information, analyse data, and monitor market status for sales and marketing strategies of the team.
Provide forecasts annually, quarterly, and monthly of sales revenue to the Line Manager.
Increase brand awareness of our company and products.
Visit and maintain the relationship with both existing and new customers.
Support the Product Specialist team in organising or attending training or shops/seminars organized by the principals and our company.
In some cases, provide on-site support with Service Engineers for the installation and user training, and ensure successful closing of the sales orders.
Brief daily activities, a weekly plan, and a report to the Line Manager.
Manage customers and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making suggestions to Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or associated degree in , pharmacy, nursing, or any related field.
Freshly graduated or 1 to 2 years’ experience selling medical equipment or other products.
Selling, Negotiation, and Marketing skills Good computer skills, presentation, and reporting skills Customer focus Conflict management Fostering collaboration Communication and interal awareness and Change Management Striving for achievement.
