About the role

Promote company products and services to customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese and local clients.
Support customer meetings, exhibitions, and events.
Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams.
Assist in achieving company sales targets.
Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials.
Support social media and online marketing activities.
Help organize marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support company branding and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, International , or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Strong communication and interal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Able to independently and as a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
English: Good communication and writing skills.
Chinese: Required for communication with Chinese clients.
Experience dealing with Chinese customers.
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in electrical, technology, or utility-related is a plus.
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut AI is an advantage.
