About the role

The organization is willing to invest in janitorial services, acknowledging that the janitors, cleaning equipment, and cleaning materials/supplies are the main underlying factors that contribute directly to office cleanliness, hygiene and upkeep.
World Vision International in Cambodia is looking to secure a contract with professional janitorial service providers that clearly demonstrate through written proposals a high degree of experience, ability, competency, and best practice in cleaning services.

Requirements

Should have a good history in the cleaning service.
Should provide references of contracts with other companies.
Should demonstrate a capability to manage their personnel on the ground.
Should demonstrate that they have an acceptable cleaning-training program and that the personnel offered will have received proper cleaning training.
Must be able to provide relievers at short notice.
Must be properly registered in accordance with Cambodia laws and legislation.
Must ensure that cleaning personnel are given sufficient rest days.
Coordinate well on delivery on time of cleaning materials to each WVI’s office.
Spot check with cleaner’s performance and provide technical support.
Provide appropriate replacement within one (1) hour of notification of absenteeism.
Responsible and accountable with 100% to World Vision of any incident case happened by cleaner after investigated.
