About the role

Perform periodic preventive monitoring and maintenance routines on various Self-banking machines to ensure smooth 24/7 service and customer satisfaction.
Set up Self-banking machines and their software timely and effectively to maintain fast transactions and convenient customer service.
Collect and return captured cards to the customer representative as soon as possible.
Provide maintenance service for Terminals and Self-banking machines, and immediately escalate to IT, Card system and terminal teams for any network or technical issues.
Ensure secured and compliant cash replenishing procedures in Terminal machines.
Configure self-banking machine application parameters to accurately measure the Quality of Services (QoS) of a connection and qualify end-to-end network performance.
Ensure cleanliness and proper usage of Self-banking machines by educating stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High diploma or associate degree in IT or any relevant field.
None to less than one year of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of various electronic telecommunications devices in a financial institution.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good customer service skills.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and internal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
