About the role

Design, deploy, and optimize cloud, hybrid infrastructure, data center, and enterprise neting solutions that align with customer and requirements.
Lead technical solution design activities, including architecture reviews, proof-of-concept (POC) development, and customer shops.
Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance to internal teams throughout project implementation and service delivery.
Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while coordinating effectively with vendors, partners, and OEMs.
Drive automation, infrastructure modernization, and cost-optimization initiatives to improve service efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational procedures to support scalable service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud and Infrastructure engineering within a System Integrator (SI), Managed Services, or Enterprise IT environment.
Professional certifications in at least two major cloud platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, data center technologies, enterprise neting, SD-WAN, Managed Wi-Fi, and monitoring solutions.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into -focused solutions.
