About the role

Conducting all Quality Assurance activities (packaging development, customer specification, audit).
Ensuring GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory.
Maintain adherence to quality systems e.g BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
Calibration of all critical measuring instruments and in-process CCPs.
Support internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc. Other tasks assigned by commander.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-industry or related fields is required.
Experience in QC, QA, Safety in Food and Beverage for 2 years is preferred.
Good understanding of GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL certifications.
Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
