About the role

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about tour bookings and services.
Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting.
Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon).
