About the role

Support handling recruitment for frontline and back-office positions.
Post job vacancies through Facebook, Telegram, job portals, referrals, s, and other recruitment channels.
Source, review, and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screening and shortlist suitable candidates. interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer preparation, candidate confirmation, and pre-onboarding activities.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
Support talent pipeline development for frequently hired positions.
Support career fairs, recruitment events, /TVET engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
Assist with recruitment posters, social media content, and employer branding activities.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to manage multiple tasks and under pressure.
Good command of Khmer and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google space.
Familiarity with social media and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
