Facilitate and develop the Five-Year Strategic Plan (2027-2031). Lead a participatory strategic planning process involving CEPA’s Boards of Director, management, staff, partners, donors, government, communities and key stakeholders. The consultant will guide CEPA's future direction, organizational sustainability, program priorities, and resource mobilization efforts. Scope of Work:

• Review relevant organizational documents and reports.
• Facilitate consultations and strategic planning workshops with staff, Board members, communities, partners, government, and stakeholders.
• Conduct organizational and contextual analysis.
• Develop a draft Five-Year Strategic Plan, including strategic goals, objectives, outcomes, and implementation framework.
• Revise and finalize the Strategic Plan based on feedback.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in organizational strategic planning, preferably with NGOs or civil society organizations.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with environmental conservation, natural resource management, or community development is an advantage.
