• The role focuses on commercial leasing, investment sales, and strategic real estate consultancy across office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and development properties.
• The successful candidate will closely with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and leaders while building long-term client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Market commercial properties for lease and sale.
• Source new commercial leasing and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site tours.
• Prepare property proposals, submissions, market reports, and advisory presentations.
• Negotiate commercial lease agreements and property sale transactions.
• Provide strategic leasing, investment, and occupancy advice to clients.
• Coordinate with valuation, research, marketing, legal, and property management teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction pipelines in the company CRM.
• Represent IPS Cambodia at industry events, neting functions, and client meetings.
• Deliver excellent client service while expanding the commercial property portfolio.

Bachelor's Degree in or Related Field is required Commercial Real Estate in Real Estate Development for 3 years as a minimum
