• Create engaging assets, including brochures, prospectuses, newsletters, flyers, posters, banners, and digital graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and the school website.
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos, including promotional materials, event recaps, and parent/student testimonials.
• Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to the school's branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage).
• Produce materials for Open Days, school tours, and recruitment campaigns to attract new families.
• Develop digital content for marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment.
• Attend school activities, performances, sports, and community events (sometimes outside regular hours) to take photos and record video.
• Manage the full production process of the annual school yearbook.
• Maintain an organized, archived library of photo and video assets.
• Work closely with marketing, admissions, and senior leadership teams, as well as teachers and students, to capture the school's ethos.

Usually requires at least of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an educational or creative industry setting for 3 years.
