Develop and implement local commercial strategies to drive revenue/gross profit and market share growth in Cambodia for all key product lines (Sea, Air, Trucking, Brokerage).
Develop and execute business development plans to generate new logistics and forwarding business.
Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts to secure profitable business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to deliver smooth and efficient customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategy.
Achieve sales targets, report pipeline progress, and maintain accurate CRM records.
