About the role

The Senior Supervisor plays a key role in developing and executing promotional and marketing initiatives that drive the growth of the Bank’s loan products.
The role combines campaign design, performance analysis, partnership management, and market research to acquire new customers, strengthen product awareness, and ensure that promotional activities deliver measurable commercial results within the approved budget.
Initiate, design, and support promotional schemes and activities that drive the uptake of the Bank’s loan products.
Develop product and promotional advertising materials in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Support and monitor the timely launch of promotions and campaigns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and results against defined targets to ensure each project achieves its objectives.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations, including profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis, and document key findings and recommendations.
Prepare clear, well-structured documentation and proposals for management review and approval.
Analyze prospective customer demand and market trends to identify acquisition opportunities.
Design and execute targeted promotions aimed at acquiring new loan customers.
Conduct market surveys of the loan to inform product positioning and promotional strategy.
Negotiate terms with external partners and prepare the corresponding agreements.
Build and maintain effective ing relationships with partners to support joint promotional initiatives.
Coordinate digital marketing activities — including promotional videos and tutorial clips — to strengthen product branding and increase product exposure.
Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Education – Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within banking, financial services, or the lending and loan products sector.
Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interal skills.
Sound negotiation skills.
Creativity and effective time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, internet, and email applications. ality & Attitude Strong commitment and a harding attitude.
