About the role

The M&E Focal point will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of the project, ensuring that all activities are systematically tracked and that data is collected to measure progress towards the project's outcomes.
This role is specifically crucial in ensuring the effective implementation and assessment of activities, especially the development of the monitoring tool and capacity building of partners.
The M&E Focal point will develop and implement monitoring tools, conduct regular field visits, and ensure data collection methods are accurate and aligned with project indicators.
This role will contribute to the timely reporting and continuous improvement of project activities, ensuring that the project meets its objectives and effectively addresses the needs of the target communities.
Monitoring and Data Collection Develop and update M&E plans, tools, and indicators.
Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
Regularly collect and verify data from field teams and partners.
Ensure data quality through validation and spot checks.
Evaluation and Learning Contribute to evaluation design and facilitate lessons learned shops.
Analyze data trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.
Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reports.
Ensure timely and accu.
