This role focuses heavily on Digital Marketing and Event Marketing, requiring a balance of creative execution, analytical thinking, and agency management to align all marketing efforts with core company objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for both online and offline channels, including budget and timeline management Manage ongoing marketing campaigns and measure their results Oversee brand management and corporate identity Plan and implement promotional campaigns Generate leads and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. Create and publish marketing materials, such as POSM, brochures, banner, and social media posts. Maintain effective internal communications and collaborate with other departments. Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and tracking results Collaborate with Design team to produce effective marketing materials and content to attract and convert target customers Plan and prepare content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships and work with contracted agents and agencies. Stay up-to-date on real estate market conditions and conduct research on new marketing trends and technologies Manage event planning, organization, lead, control, and evaluation Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to line management EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English
