• Drive light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, and other vehicles depending on the level of the vehicle.
• When transporting staff, ensure safety on the road and that staff adhere to safety principles before and during driving.
• Fulfill transportation duties and services with timely delivery and notification of receipt.
• Prepare a daily checklist for assigned vehicles, including trailers and all equipment, and ensure that the equipment meets the recommended standards.
• Follow location and map instructions based on traffic laws and updated regulations, and ensure all documents are copied for use.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, schedule, and plan for preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
• Collect and load demining materials and other materials, verify them accurately, tie them securely according to load limits, and deliver them according to the assigned work plan.
• Take responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance in accordance with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect all related equipment before starting the journey.
• Complete and verify paperwork accurately and record travel and fuel in the daily logbook.
• Always keep HALO Trust vehicles clean and organized.
• Inform the supervisor about the validity of relevant driving documents to plan for renewal.
• Identify, reduce, and mitigate road risks and report them promptly.
• Record all travel and fuel usage in the logbook promptly.
• Ensure all legal documents are renewed on time and valid before traveling, such as driving licenses, insurance, and government safety compliance checks.
• As a reserve staff for regional logistics, implement inventory and material management.
• Communicate with other drivers regarding daily work plans and identify relevant training.
• Assist the vehicle section in planning transportation for vehicle and material usage appropriately.
• Take responsibility for other duties.
