About the role

The purpose of this engagement is to define the scope, minimum coverage requirements, and service expectations for the provision of a comprehensive employee medical insurance scheme.
The scheme shall cover: In-patient (IPD), Out-patient (OPD), Dental care, Vision/Optical care.
The objective is to ensure access to quality healthcare services, provide financial protection to employees, and align with Helen Keller Intl’s employee welfare standards.
The Insurance Service Provider will work closely with Helen Keller Intl Cambodia and relevant regional and global teams to ensure effective policy administration, claims management, compliance, and timely support for employees and dependents.
The Provider shall designate a focal point to coordinate all insurance-related matters throughout the contract period.

Requirements

Eligible Service Provider may submit their quotation in one of two ways: Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quotation as an attachment in PDF format to the email address.
Hard copy: Submit the quotation with a cover letter signed and stamped to Helen Keller’s office provided in the contact details.
