About the role

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
Train and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within target industries such as financial services, e-commerce, logistics, Internet Service Providers, Utilities, Security Services, and more.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a team.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
