Support the review of merchant requirements and provide basic product consultation prior to integration.
Closely work with the Payment Solutions Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure merchants receive accurate guidance, product recommendations, and a smooth onboarding experience.
Review merchant requirements and needs.
Analyze merchant use cases and recommend suitable BillZone solutions.
Support merchant onboarding and implementation activities.
Coordinate with technical teams regarding integration and operational requirements.
Assist merchants in understanding product flows and capabilities.
Support testing and validation activities when required.
Create and maintain BillZone product documentation.
Develop product FAQs, user guides, feature summaries, and release notes.
Prepare internal communication and training materials.
Maintain a centralized repository of product knowledge and documentation.
Prepare marketing briefs for BillZone campaigns.
Develop product messaging and value propositions.
Draft merchant communications, announcements, and promotional content.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams for campaign execution.
Coordinate with Development, Merchant Service, Marketing, and Product teams.
Track communication action items and project deliverables.
Gather stakeholder feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in planning, brainstorming, and product review sessions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, IT, Media, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, product communication, digital product support, or related roles.
Experience in banking, fintech, payment solutions, or digital products is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Content writing and presentation preparation.
Documentation and organizational skills.
Basic project coordination and stakeholder management.
Microsoft Office, Google space, Figma, Canva, or presentation tools proficiency.
Basic understanding of digital payment solutions, APIs, fintech products, or banking flows.
Understanding of marketing campaign processes and communication planning.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Fluent in Khmer and English.
Chinese is an advantage.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong team and coordination skills.
Fast learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
Ability to simplify technical concepts into user-friendly communication.
