Digital Content Planning & Execution
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across company social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
Develop engaging content ideas aligned with promotions, campaigns, brand messages, and product features.
Coordinate with Creative, Brand, and Campaign teams on content production and rollout.
Manage copywriting, creative briefs, posting s, and digital mechanics.
Ensure all content follows PassApp’s brand guidelines.
Identify content opportunities based on community trends and monitor competitor activities. 2. Influencer & KOL Coordination
Support KOL/creator planning and execution for campaigns and promotions.
Brief and review creator content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Develop UGC (user-generated content) ideas to drive community engagement 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversion KPI)
Generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
Optimize content based on data and platforms.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content, or campaign execution.
Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and youth digital culture.
Skilled in writing short, catchy copy.
Creative thinker with the ability to execute fast-moving content.
Experience ing with KOLs or managing online activations is a plus.
