Execute the audit quality assurance program on internal audit activities to ensure that auditors comply with standards, audit procedures and audit methodologies.
Prepare audit quality assurance results for the manager with complete and clear description/conditions of situations the findings and proper comments for solutions of the finding in order to enhance internal audit activities and results.
Follow up the compliance with audit quality assurance's recommendation as approved by Chief Internal Audit Officer to ensure the recommendation has been implemented.
Analyze new and updated business processes (policies, procedures, products, services, decisions, etc.), laws, and regulations to identify risks and areas submitted to the Senior Manager, Audit Quality Assurance to cascade them to relevant audit units for audit missions.
Assist training and refreshment sessions (technical skills) to auditors (under supervision of Manager) to enhance the smooth delivery of the trainings.
Respond to auditors' questions or concerns and perform some administrative tasks (arrange task force team meetings, take minutes, manage files, facilitate, etc.) as assigned by line managers in order to support IAD.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Minimum 2 years’ experience in auditing or related field;
Experience in auditing, operations, accounting is a plus/preferable;
Good in risk analysis skill;
Ability to assess risks in new changes;
Bachelor of Business Administration, finance and accounting;
Knowledge in auditing, internal controls, operations;
Computer Literacy;
Good verbal and written communication in Khmer and English.
