About the role

The Accountant can expect to participate in the preparation of journal entries by associating with other accounting activities including bookkeeping, AR, monthly tax return and other tax report in timely manner.
This position reports to Finance Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing and submitting compliance tax returns to meet deadline.
Preparing other tax documents including report and all related documents.
Maintain data entry to system and check supporting document in order to compliance with tax law.
Monthly uploading tax report to GDT desktop application and e-filing.
Assist the Finance Manager in auditing processing including supplying all requested documents to auditors.
Maintain all accounting data and legal documents are safe and updating in timely manner.
Ensure hard and soft filing documents are keeping in properly manner.
Manage account receivable task such as follow up credit client and issue invoice.
Performance other tasks as required by supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting field or related professional qualification. as a minimum WORK HISTORY: Functions of accounting field for 3 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers (MS office, Quick books, accounting software).
Well English communication in verbal and written skills.
Soft Skills Responsible and well organized with multi-tasks work.
Being honest and a warm welcoming personality.
Being able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, Fast learning and responsibility.
