Project Manager PEGASE

• PE&D will be responsible for the coordination of the project, the animation of the transversal activities, the consolidation of the monitoring/evaluation, the budgetary control and the realization of the reports.
• PE&D will carry the voice of the consortium to the nets of child protection actors in Southeast Asia.
• The Project Manager for Cambodia and Laos is responsible for supervising the two implementing partners, one in Cambodia and another one in Laos.
• S/he reports to the Country Director in Cambodia.

Experience in ing closely with local implementing partners in a multi-partner project Experience in budget follow-up and financial monitoring of project activities Excellent report-writing skills and excellent oral and written skills in English and Khmer Facilitation skills Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Canva, etc.) Experience in project management of projects financed by international public institutions/donors valued Knowledge in child protection is an asset Lao or experience in Laos valued; French valued High organizational skills, rigor and respect of deadlines Attention to details Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Great adaptability, listening and analysis skills Autonomy, sense of initiative and proactivity Strong sense of commitment and ing capacity Appetence for intercultural and field-based
