About the role

Support the implementation of the project component #5 on export promotion, providing technical advisory services to MOC and other target private and public sector actors, for an improved export policy and promotion framework for Cambodia with focus on LDC graduation assessment, and SME export promotion to the EU and ASEAN.
Advisory on SME Export Promotion: Co-manage the Export Lab, providing technical support and export promotion services to 31 Cambodian SMEs.
Coordinate and manage the Cashew and Pepper Forum in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and other partner organizations.
Oversee and manage subcontracted experts and international consulting consortiums to ensure effective service delivery.
Lead the development of strategic and operational work plans for the implementation of project activities.
Supervise the planning and execution of events, training programs, workshops, and consultant missions.
Represent the project at expert forums, seminars, conferences, and other trade-related events.
Provide technical guidance and content support for the project's public relations, communications, and outreach activities.
Liaison with Project Partners and Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between the pr.
