• Welcome and assess individuals and families seeking support from Voice.
• Conduct client intake assessments and develop individual case plans using Voice's Client Collaboration Process.
• Assist clients to identify and achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide counselling, emotional support, and trauma-informed care to people experiencing crisis.
• Support clients to access food, shelter, healthcare, education, safety, sustainable livelihoods, and other essential services.
• Refer clients to specialist service providers and advocate on their behalf where required.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits and monitor client progress until case closure.
• Maintain accurate case notes and client records using the OSCAR Case Management System.
• Collaborate with government officials, NGOs, hospitals, NGOs, and community partners to coordinate support for clients.
• Represent Voice at meetings, training sessions, outreach activities, and community events.
• Maintain accurate financial records for client assistance and comply with Voice's financial and administrative procedures.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, supervision, and professional development.

• Good is required Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Community Development, or related degree is preferred Demonstrated empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people in crisis. Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and commitment to the values of respect, dignity, empowerment, integrity, and compassion. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to build positive working relationships with government officials, NGOs, and community partners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate within a supportive team. Relevant qualifications or experience in social work, psychology, counselling, community development, education, or a related field.
