About the role

Handle recruitment in functions of Labor Skill.
Support in candidate sourcing and job ads.
Support supervisors in gathering new employee supporting documents.
Prepare and update job descriptions (JDs) in Google Sheets.
Prepare job offers, collect employee documents, and follow up as necessary.
Update records related to recruitment, candidate records, and disciplinary actions.
Support in managing employee leave and attendance.
Assist the line manager in preparing reports related to leave, attendance, separations, offer letters, and other documents for payroll processing.
Inform employees when the system is not working and solve any problems employees encounter with the system.
Create HR System accounts for new employees.
Support parts of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in training sessions and workshops for employees.
Perform various administrative tasks and paperwork as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
1 year of experience in HR function.
Good at English for Communication.
Team and goal-oriented; good attitude and inter-personal skills.
Willingness to learn and adaptable.
Strong Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking.
