Supervises three Maintenance Foremen and indirectly supervises seventeen multi-trade technicians engaged in preventive maintenance and repairs on structures and associated equipment of office buildings, residence quarters, and other government-owned or leased buildings.
Serves as the Post Occupational Safety and Health Officer Assistant (POSHO Assistant) to carry out the day-to-day functions of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management (SHEM) and conduct regularly d and pre-project training.
Assures that all government-owned and leased buildings meet the safety requirements.
Reports directly to the Post Occupational Safety and Health Officer on POSHO issues.
