The role focuses on achieving quality, productivity, cost, delivery, safety, and environmental targets. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise production teams and monitor daily manufacturing performance. Support production planning, process improvement, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting. Improve productivity, machine efficiency, quality and control. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other safety standards Coordinate with Plantation, Workshop, Quality, Lab, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Manage staff performance, training, discipline, and team development. Oversee packaging and delivery activities to meet customer schedules and requirements.
