The Project Officer will collaborate with the Program team across all sites, the Liaison & Field Officers Team, external stakeholders and local partners to implement, monitor and evaluate EA programs in Cambodia.
This collaboration will focus on community and -based projects, individual support through sponsorship program and the transition to resource centers.
He/she will also play a key role in the coordination with EA's volunteers and EA partners (ex: Dentist mission with UPC & UHS; CASIRA; Lycées Français and other specific initiatives).
Monitor and evaluate EA Cambodia's programs to ensure outcomes are aligned with the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.
Provide technical support and capacity building to staff and field officers to improve program quality and efficiency.
Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data for ongoing projects.
Promote and ensure the integration of the Child Rights-Based Approach in all activities.
Support SPC and CD in collecting data and coordinating tasks for donor proposals (e.g., Foundations, Embassies, private sector, institutions...).
Identify and approach local foundations, universities, vocational training centers, institutional stakeholders (ex: MoEYS) etc., to explore sponsorship opportunities for students.
Assist in the organization of fundraising events and explore new funding op.

lor's Degree in ideally orientated towards humanitarian action or international development as a minimum Old minimum in multicultural team for 3 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills For this position, we are looking for a with solid professional experience and a good ability to carry out international solidarity programs, projects.
Coordination and management of humanitarian programs, projects in the field.
Skills in designing, writing and managing programs and projects (required) Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and content production.
Results-based management skills (required) Experience in child welfare programs (required) Excellent writing and communication skills (required) Report writing skills (required) Knowledge of the child rights-based approach (RBA) (desired) Good knowledge of budget monitoring (desired) Soft Skills Strong interal skills and a sense of diplomacy (required) Rigor, adaptability and responsiveness (required) Ability to ensure smooth communication internally and externally, to represent the association with national and international stakeholders.

Founded in 1991, Enfants d’Asie is a French organization aiming at improving the lives of disadvantaged children in Southeast Asia. Its action is strictly humanitarian, apolitical and non-confessional. Enfants d’Asie is involved in 4 countries in Southeast Asia: Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines. EA strives to uphold and protect the rights of every child, ensuring they have access to quality education, healthcare, protection from harm, and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Enfants d'Asie is active in Cambodia since 1991 and is working in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Enfants d’Asie in Cambodia is currently working to reorganize and strengthen the support and social monitoring of children and their families, to facilitate the family reintegration process for children who have been placed in residential care institutions and to prevent the risks of separation between the children and their families.
