To support our ongoing CAMFEBA Projects and Business Expansion initiatives, we are looking for experienced National Industry Experts to provide technical expertise, strengthen stakeholder relations, and drive training development.

For the Electronic Sector:

• Provide technical expertise within the ICT and Electronics sectors.
• Strengthen stakeholder relations with government and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive training development for the ICT and Electronics sectors.

For the Automotive Sector:

• Provide technical expertise within the Automotive Engineering, Machinery, or Mechatronics sectors.
• Strengthen stakeholder relations with government and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive training development for the Automotive Engineering, Machinery, or Mechatronics sectors.

For the Electronic Sector:

• Bachelor's Degree in electronic engineering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or related fields.
• Experience in educational/institutional management and training development within the ICT and Electronics sectors for 5 years as a minimum.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 projects) demonstrating strong Public Relations with both government and private sector stakeholders within the ICT/Electronics industries.
• Excellent professional communication and report-writing skills in English, with a strong command of both English and Khmer.
• Partnership & Development Experience: Experience in developing tailor-made training programs and managing public relations with International Development Partners (such as WB, ADB, UN, JICA, KOICA) and International NGOs.

For the Automotive Sector:

• Bachelor's Degree in automotive engineering, Machinery, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience in institutional management and training development within Automotive Engineering, Machinery, or Mechatronics for 5 years as a minimum.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 projects) demonstrating strong Public Relations with both government and private sector stakeholders within the Automotive industry.
• Excellent professional communication and report-writing skills in English, with a strong command of both English and Khmer.
