About the role

Collaborate closely with ALiSEA members, and relevant stakeholders to plan and produce the video content related to agroecology and safe agricultural production.
Conduct field visits and video shooting at project sites.
Capture interviews, agroecology practices, community activities, and supporting footage.
Capture high-quality video footage, audio, and supporting visuals.
Edit and finalize the video with appropriate subtitles, transitions, graphics, logos, background music, and narration (if required).
This needed to collaborate with ALiSEA team.
Incorporate feedback from the project team during the review process.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography and documentary video production.
Experience working with agriculture, agroecology, and rural development.
Journalists/content creators who have received training on agroecology with ALiSEA are encouraged.
Strong storytelling, filming, and video editing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and local communities.
