To support the governance, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives of the Loan Recovery and Monitoring Division, which focuses on strengthening internal controls, enhancing reporting and analytics, monitoring action plans, driving process improvements, and supporting automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain the relevancy of the Division’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, and facilitate their compliance in addition to the regulatory requirements.
- Track and follow up on internal/external findings, management action plans, and process improvements.
- Analyze portfolio, operational, and recovery-related data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the execution for the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, KPI and performance analysis and automated solutions to improve productivity and data quality.
- Support process review, workflow enhancement, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on projects and reporting requirements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Accounting and Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum two to three years of experience in banking, credit process, internal/external audit, risk management or related scopes.
- Good understanding of banking operations and credit processes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
- Experience in Power BI, VBA, SQL, Power Automate, or reporting automation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Self-motivated, initiative, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to use and communicate effectively in both Khmer and English.
