About the role

Seek and contact new customers to expand sales opportunities and increase the customer base.
Provide information about services, answer questions, and assist customers in the service application process.
Prepare documents and enter sales data accurately and on time.
Collaborate with the team and relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Track sales performance, collect feedback, and report results to management.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree or currently studying for a Bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (priority for those with experience selling cars or motorcycles).
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Possess communication and negotiation skills.
Possess customer service skills and can professionally solve problems.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Able to use MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
Able to speak, read, and write English.
Honest, responsible, hardworking, and have a good attitude.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate well with relevant departments.
