Admin and Procurement Assistant

Location: Phnom Penh

Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) is a non-profit, membership-based organization established in 2004 to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of the microfinance sector in Cambodia.

Management Letter & Documentation

• Prepare official letters, memos, and documents
• Register, control, and track incoming and outgoing letters.
• Coordinate meeting participation and invitations
• Collect and summarize meeting minutes.

Fixed Asset Management

• Maintain updated fixed asset list.
• Support asset tagging and physical checks.
• Record asset movements and disposals.

Office Management

• Maintain office cleanliness and functionality.
• Ensure supplies are replenished.
• Support office and meeting room arrangements.

Procurement & Logistics

• Assist in preparing PR, PO, and quotations.
• Coordinate vendor communication and deliveries.
• Support logistics for events and workshops.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
