About the role
The Fund Development & Communication Manager leads national fundraising and communication efforts to support the organization’s 2026–2028 strategic priorities. The role oversees donor relations, institutional fundraising, corporate partnerships, grant acquisition, brand development, and public communication. The manager ensures that all fundraising and communication activities advance SOS Cambodia’s shift to community-based care, expansion of Family Strengthening Programs, and development of social enterprises. Resource Mobilization Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of an annual fundraising plan aligned with the NSP 2026–2028. Identify and pursue funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, embassies, UN agencies, INGOs, and private sector partners. Strengthen donor diversification to reduce dependence on PSAs Grant Acquisition & Management: Prepare and submit high-quality concept notes, proposals, budgets, and donor reports. Coordinate with program teams to ensure proposals reflect community-based care, youth development, family strengthening, climate resilience, and social enterprise goals.
