Develops and implements comprehensive digital strategies to enhance the school’s online presence, drive student enrollment, and engage with international communities.
Responsible for all digital channels—including websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok), and paid advertising (Google Ads)—to promote the school's brand, academic programs, and co-curricular activities.
Create and execute annual marketing plans, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with admissions teams to create campaigns that target prospective families, generate inquiries, and increase enrollment.
Oversee the school website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Manage social media accounts (including regional platforms like WeChat/Line) and create engaging content, including video production.
Optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and monitor performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) to report on campaign effectiveness.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and potential business partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, typically within the educational establishment or service industry for 3 to 5 years.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and content management systems (CMS).
Communication: Excellent written and ver.
