Develop and execute sales strategies for all business units (Clinics, Dental Material Supplies, Jewelry, and Beauty Centers).
Drive revenue growth across both wholesale distribution (dental materials) and retail channels (clinics, jewelry, and beauty centers).
Lead, mentor, and align the sales teams across the different business divisions to meet monthly and annual targets.
Build high-level relationships with B2B clients, clinic partners, and premium retail customers.
Track overall sales performance, analyze market trends, and report directly to the COO and CEO.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in Beauty Care, clinic, or service business.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.
Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.
Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.
Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
