About the role

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WeChat, Telegram, etc.
Prepare freight card promptly.
Follow up the customer’s decision.
Process customer requests.
Receive and qualify sales leads.
Contact prospective leads.
appointments for Outdoor Sales.
Update CRM report.
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Handle rate inquiries.
Provide shipment updates.
Coordinate after-sales support.
with BDM for competitive rates.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service.
Liaise with overseas agents.
Prepare quotations.
Prepare service agreements.
Maintain sales records.
Daily inquiry report.
Quotation report.
Lead conversion report.
Weekly sales report.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in , Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years of sales experience (Insurance & logistics experience preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English (Chinese is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Able to under pressure and meet targets.
Strong team and interal skills.
