About the role

Designing and delivering a structured Khmer language curriculum tailored for non-native speakers, with instruction provided in English.
Assessing the learners' current language proficiency and tracking their progress throughout the program.
Creating practical, daily-use vocabulary and conversation exercises relevant to the context of NGO work and community integration.
Facilitating an interactive learning environment that encourages oral practice and written comprehension.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching the Khmer language to foreign speakers.
High proficiency in both Khmer and English, with the ability to explain complex grammatical or cultural concepts in English.
Prior experience with cross-cultural training or NGO settings is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and adaptable teaching style.
