• Coordinate training, workshops, or campaigns to raise awareness about child rights, child protection, and parenting skills.
• Develop school-based implementation policies related to child protection, migration, and anti-trafficking.
• Facilitate reflection meetings with target groups to promote the implementation of work plans.
• Collaborate with school management, youth/child councils, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in relevant education sector meetings.
• Encourage children to participate in raising their opinions, issues, and needs to relevant stakeholders for response and resolution.
• Prepare work plans, lesson materials, and other relevant documents for implementation.
• Exhibit high responsibility, initiative in discussions and reflection with target groups and stakeholders to improve work activity implementation strategies.
• Ensure all relevant and necessary data is collected or updated monthly.
• Participate in creating monitoring and evaluation systems to assess work outcomes.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local authorities and partners to create a good environment and good cooperation for project implementation.
• Participate in project meetings and events assigned by the project.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Project Manager.

Must be Cambodian national with a Cambodian national identification card. Work location: Situated in Preah Sdach District, Prey Veng Province. The Coordinator is a full-time staff of the project, reporting directly to the Project Manager, and working closely with other coordinators.

Skills and Knowledge:

General and Technical Skills Recent Bachelor's graduate or current student in Law, Sociology, Psychology, or related degrees of equivalent value, or at least high school diploma and intending to pursue a Bachelor's degree. Some experience related to child protection and child rights. Some experience working with schools, Buddhist pagodas, or Christian congregations. Proficiency in using computers for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email. Ability to use English somewhat, along with fluency in Khmer. Soft Skills Good interpersonal skills, flexibility in working, self-management skills, and critical thinking. Good commitment and willingness to work with rural communities. Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and respond intelligently. Ability to work in remote areas and proficient in using a motorcycle.
