Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and increase market share within the area.
Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.
Setting sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution.
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into performance and future strategies.
Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Managing the sales budget for the area, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives and tracking their performance regularly.
Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and at industry events to promote products and services.
Engaging in negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and develop industry connections.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
Keeping an eye on competitors' activities and strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Ability to address challenges and find solutions to obstacles that may hinder sales performance.
Being flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
Typically, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience in sales management.
