Deliver prioritized targeted training courses based on TNA findings to support multidisciplinary collaboration and improve capacity across inpatient and outpatient services at Kampong Cham Provincial Hospital.
Formulate and enact one comprehensive annual rehabilitation service plan integrated into the overall hospital operational budget within 6 months.
Author, ratify, and deploy formal Standard Operating Procedures for Stroke, Trauma, Musculoskeletal, and Pediatric care tracks.
Equip Kampong Cham Provincial Hospital physiotherapists with clinical competencies in neuroplasticity, acute ward mobilization, and specialty therapies.

Proven history of completing quality consultancies on time.
