The AFGHS-FHI 360 Cambodia Project Director provides overall leadership, management and strategic direction of the AFGHS-FHI 360 project in Cambodia.
The Project Director will oversee the implementation of the AFGHS-FHI 360 HIV/AIDS, malaria, and global health security (GHS) portfolio in Cambodia.
They will ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the prescribed project milestones, time frame and funding parameters.
They will serve as the primary point of contact for AFGHS-FHI 360 activities in Cambodia and provide technical and management leadership to the country project and ensure successful implementation of the plan to achieve project milestones, monitoring of expenditures in lines with the approved budget, achievement of the project’s targets and goals, and identification, mitigation and escalation of risk.
They will be required to coordinate and with a diverse group of organizations and stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Health, senior government officials, country health staff, international and national development partner organizations, and the United States Government (USG) donor representatives.
Direct overall project vision, design, planning and implementation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Social Marketing, Economic Development, Education, Health, Nutrition, Research, Technology and Youth or a Related Fields.
Relevant Experience with Projects Management Principles and Practices for 10 years including of Line Management Experience for 5 years.
Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
Proficient with applicable rules, regulations, and policies associated with international development and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Experience in managing large, complex and high-quality health projects, with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technical areas: HIV/AIDS, malaria, and global health security (GHS).
Experience in leadership in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and partnerships with major stakeholders including governments, donor agencies, partners, and community networks in at least one of the two technical areas.
Experience in overseeing all aspects of international donor-funded projects, with a preference for USG-funding, including program and financial management.
