• Conduct an in-depth assessment of existing case management and GBV data at the national and provincial level to inform the design and implementation of a GBV case management system that identifies opportunities to link with different sectors.
• Include in the assessment a human-centered design (HCD) mapping/brief of case management.
• The purpose of this assessment is a baseline assessment of the practices in GBV case management and data collection and usage in the 5 Provinces and 14 Districts under the ADB project.
• This information will set a project baseline for continued monitoring and for evaluating the project.
