About the role

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Lead and support sales/front desk team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Sales, tourism, or hospitality for 3 to 5 years as a minimum.
Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or tour operators is highly preferred.
English: Good (spoken and written).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Strong interal skills.
Ability to under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…).
