About the role
- Design and develop net solutions that meet customer, service, and cost optimization requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and technical teams to gather requirements and propose appropriate net architectures.
- Prepare technical solution designs, proposals, and implementation plans for enterprise and ISP customers.
- Design and implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 net solutions, including MPLS, routing, switching, and connectivity services.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments with customers and infrastructure providers to ensure solution viability.
- Coordinate with multiple infrastructure providers to evaluate connectivity options, compare costs, and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Configure and provision net technologies, including RRPP, STP, SEP, MPLS, routing, and switching solutions.
- Support project implementation and ensure solutions are delivered according to design specifications.
- Manage multiple solution design projects while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical development within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ISP, telecommunications, or mobile net environments focusing on net design and solution engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience ing with fiber infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise net solutions.
- Strong knowledge of net protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, Routing, and Switching.
- Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 net architecture and implementation.
- Solid understanding of fiber infrastructure technologies and collaboration with infrastructure providers.
- Experience designing carrier-grade and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Ability to perform technical surveys, net assessments, and solution validation.
