About the role

Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT and ISP projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocations, risk registers, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution, providing regular updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, OEM partners, and technical resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Collaborate with Presales, Product, and Solution teams to validate project scope, delivery approach, resource requirements, and implementation timelines.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and escalations, and drive resolution of project challenges.
Ensure smooth project closure and handover to Managed Services or Support teams, including documentation, customer training, and acceptance sign-off.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and enhancing PMO processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience within a System Integrator, Managed Services Provider, ISP, or technology solutions environment.
At least 3 years of experience leading project teams or managing complex ICT delivery projects.
Proven track record of delivering multi-vendor and multi-technology ICT and telecommunications projects.
Strong understanding of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, Managed Services, and Digital Solutions.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frames.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor performance, and handle project escalations effectively.
Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer proficiency is required.
