Logistics and Fleet Officer

• The Logistics and Fleet Officer (LFO) serves as a support service for the operation in Rattanakiri (RTK).
• The role is expected to work closely with the HR & Admin Officer, Finance Officer, and report under the direct supervision of the Technical Field Manager (TFM).
• The position is also required to liaise with the Country Office Logistics teams to ensure that the activities of NPA-RTK support services, such as procurement, fleet maintenance, transportation, and fuel consumption records, are compliant with NPA logistic policies and procedures.
• Ensure all logistics and procurement activities are carried out with full compliance following NPA standards, policies, and procedures.
• Process all requisitions, collect and analyze quotations, prepare Purchase Orders (PO), and run local purchasing for the RTK field office of equipment/material in close collaboration with the CO logistics team, RTK HR/Admin Officer, and Finance Officer.
• Consult with TFM and closely with CO logistics to develop the annual procurement plan for RTK operation.
• Constantly evaluate all local suppliers, products, and prices to obtain the best value for money in purchasing.
• Follow up with suppliers and transporters to receive goods and control delivery.
• Keep accurate tracking of all requisitions, goods receipts, goods issuances, and all procurement documents.
