Issue Invoice Officer

Support daily billing, cash handling, and customer service.

• Issue accurate invoices and supporting documents for sales transactions in a timely manner.
• Receive, record, and reconcile cash and other payments according to company procedures.
• Maintain organized billing files, receipts, and transaction records for audit and review.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Provide courteous service to customers and internal teams while handling billing inquiries.
• Assist with daily closing, basic reports, and other finance-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior cashier or invoicing experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting, billing, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with good accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is a plus.
• Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and follow company policies.
