We are looking for staff in the role of Customer Caregiver and will work with clients regularly in shifts to build trusting and supportive relationships with each client regarding their daily needs. Customer Caregivers help provide support and encouragement to clients who have experienced trauma, participate in maintaining a good home environment, so that clients receive appropriate, comfortable treatment, support, and care. This role will work directly with staff as Customer Support, maintaining prior consultation on the technical aspects of necessary client treatment and other social workers. • 5:00 PM. Night Shift: 5:00 PM
• 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• 8:00 AM. Travel Requirements: Within Phnom Penh and provinces. Responsibilities: Maintain good communication with customer support staff, team, and related teams in fulfilling joint duties within Ratanak International. Maintain regular communication and provide various information as required to direct managers, direct care supervisors, and participate in regular meetings with direct supervisors, team meetings, and project meetings. Manage and cook daily meals in the shift for clients and staff on duty according to the established schedule. Serve as a role model for clients in maintaining a hygienic and loving home, building good relationships, and having strong faith. Promote teamwork and comply with assignments from the direct supervisor (Customer Care Supervisor) in accordance with the technical work of the project. Monitor activities and behaviors that may pose a risk to clients and between clients themselves, maintaining high alertness. Report any risk cases that may arise by the supervisor regarding the condition of the accommodation, especially regarding clients. Participate in receiving clients when notified of their arrival by the direct supervisor and through any assignments.
